To apply to join our Iwi Register please fill in the online form below or you can download a printable version to fax, post or email to us.

  1. Download the Iwi Registration form (284 KB PDF)
  2. Print the document and fill in the form with a dark coloured ball point pen
  3. When the form is complete you can send it to us by:
  • Post – 5399 Far North Road, Ngataki, RD4, Kaitaia 0484
  • Email – enquiries@ngatikuri.iwi.nz

Please note that sending in the mail-in form or filling in the online form is the first step of the application to be added to the register. The information you provide will be confirmed by kaumatua/kuia of Ngāti Kurí and you will be notified if your application has been successful or requires further details.

    • That the above information I have provided is true and correct.
    • I acknowledge that the information provided by me is subject to the Privacy Act 1993; and that I agree that the Ngāti Kurí Trust Board may use this information to maintain its whakapapa records, tribal register, voting rolls and contact database.

    Please note that the information you have provided will be confirmed by kaumatua/kuia of Ngāti Kurí.
